CIOs, while once primarily responsible for maintaining IT operations, face pressure to be constantly innovating and pioneering new technology. In an optimized workplace, the CIO shouldn’t be exclusively focused in day-to-day efficiency, but rather on creating new products, solutions and strategies. This can’t be achieved without automation.
