First investments in to software development with a focus in MICR check printing capabilities. Focus on mid-sized businesses with $50millon to $2billion in revenue across multiple industries.

1999

Expanded in to IBM iSeries Market

1999

Expanded in to IBM iSeries (now Power 9) market with acquisition of Formula One Systems, Inc. for Document and Check Management applications. Added European sales network.

2002

Formed Financial Documents Business Unit

Formed Financial Documents Business Unit through acquisitions of Premier & TagSoft companies to deliver in-house check production technology for US commercial banks.

2005

Formed ACOM Health

2005

Formed ACOMHealth.com through acquisitions of New Times Med & Healthcare Information Systems companies delivering EHR and Practice Management solutions to ambulatory practices across the US.

Expanded Healthcare Vertical

Expanded healthcare vertical with acquisition of Contract Medical Billing for Revenue Cycle Management services.

Developed acompay™

Development of the acompay™ Intelligent Payment Platform for electronic payment automation for Accounts Payable departments. Ability to integrate with any ERP or Accounting system. Supported check, ACH, and card payments.
