We have successfully acquired, and or started, several software businesses that have been sold to private equity firms or large strategic buyers. Headquartered in Long Beach, California we also have offices in Atlanta, Georgia and Indianapolis, Indiana.
Subject Matter Expertise – We prefer sellers, owners and management teams that want to stay to help grow the business but we will consider an acquisition, without ownership participation, if we feel we have the necessary subject matter expertise. Together with the management team, we determine goals, strategy, tactics, and resources needed for success. We then provide what is needed. We can take a hands-on or hands-off management approach dependent on the circumstances.
