We use XA ERP by Infor and the ACOM product is the most valuable add-on. Their software application helps us communicate with our customers, vendors, banks and internally. It is very flexible and can accommodate many different setup paths for these interfaces. Support is excellent and ACOM folks are very knowledgeable.

We have used ACOM Software for over 25 years creating forms, checks and bill-of-sale documents for our Auto Auction customers across the USA & Canada. Once documents are created, they are immediately available via email to dealers, banks, lenders and for other auction business use. If the rare chance of an issue comes up, I know that I will always have ACOM’s fast response and resolution.

ACOM is one of the areas within our iSeries system that we just don’t have to worry with as the software runs flawlessly all the time. If we ever do have a question on how to do something, the Help Desk is super easy to work with and very reliable. Remote access is a breeze, and the analysts are very good at what they do – but we just almost never have to call them!  For the money, it is an easy decision to renew each year. Their service and software is top notch.

We are consistently impressed with the high level and rapid support we get from the ACOM team with our IBMi software and document mapping needs. The changes we make require a short turnaround, and the ACOM staff have blown us away with their speed and responsiveness. ACOM software is reliable, with any technical issues resulting from hardware and software changes made on our end. In those cases, the ACOM team fully engages, taking ownership to pinpoint the issue and identify the resolution every time.
