Important note: Customers with EZCM software version 5.3X and below will be under extended support and associated pricing commencing on their 2023 maintenance contract anniversary date.
As we shared throughout last year, support of older EZCM versions is at a premium in our time and cost in providing software maintenance. In 2023 we must pass these costs on to those customers who remain at version 5.3X and below. This premium maintenance pricing increase will take effect at their 2023 contract anniversary date.

* Your software upgrade is part of your annual maintenance and at no additional charge. Customers are responsible for the cost for ACOM Professional Services team assistance only. Although not a normal upgrade self-service operation, we have done everything possible to minimize the impact of professional services hours required to upgrade, especially so for those who have chosen to remain on earlier EZCM versions (3.x, 4.0x, 4.1x, 4.2x, 4.3x, 4.4x, 4.5x, 4.6x, 4.7x, 4.8x,4.9.2, 4.9.3, 4.9.4, 5.3X and earlier 5.0 versions).
