EZContentManager v6 Update Deadline: July 31, 2022
The rash of security breaches over the past several years have prompted major changes in EZContentManager (EZCM) software; changes that are necessary to accommodate the new and expansive requirements for data security. Whether invoice and payment data or the archival of health, Human Resource and other proprietary company information, these are your business information assets and serious candidates for compromise and/or breach. As a result of the above, we must now tighten our requirements for EZCM customers to comply with our latest changes and to schedule implementation for your EZCM software security changes.
Your latest EZContentManager v6 software is included with your Annual Maintenance Agreement
* Customers are responsible for the cost for ACOM Professional Services team assistance only. Although not a normal self-service operation, we have done everything possible to minimize the impact of professional services hours required to move your installation into security compliance. There is a July 31, 2022 deadline for implementing these important software changes, after which time we will be required to relinquish and/or change our support operations for earlier EZCM versions. Specifically we will be ending general support for EZCM versions (3.x, 4.0x, 4.1x, 4.2x, 4.3x, 4.4x, 4.5x, 4.6x, 4.7x, 4.8x,4.9.2, 4.9.3) and we will not offer security patches or bug fixes for these versions.
